Ron Blanch serves as President/Chief Executive Officer for Helping Hands Veteran & Non-Veteran Consulting, LLC a financially sound business incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia with the purpose to assist and veterans and non-veteran with resume writing or assistance, job search assistance, interviewing skills, negotiating tips, and determining their net worth. Our company also assist Veterans with their disability claims, home as well as provide Coaching and Consulting in the areas of Leadership, Acquisition, Program Management, Administrative, Logistics, and Information Technology.

 

In his role as the company's top executive, Mr. Blanch brings more than 30 years of proven Army, Government, and Industry leadership experience, as well as extensive functional expertise in information technology, acquisition, and business operations management. 

 

Mr. Blanch currently serve as a Senior Program Analyst for Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and previous as a IT Program Manager for National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency where he is responsible for managing a $15 million project focused on providing security and authentication for new programs that migrate all data and Content Management Services to the cloud on TS/SCI, S/C, and Unclassified levels. 

 

Prior to joining National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Mr. Blanch spent nearly 30 years in the Army and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His Acquisition Corps assignments include the Assistant TRADOC Capability Manager-Transportation, Fort Eustis, Virginia managing the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV); as a Contracting Officer in 2009 for US Army Contracting Command South West Asia Kuwait and Pakistani; as an Assistant Product Manager in 2010 for Defense Wide Transmission System, Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Senior Program Integrator for US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Before joining the Acquisition Corps, he held numerous leadership positions as a Logistic Officer at the company level and as an enlisted member in Hawaii and South Carolina National Guard. 

 

Mr. Blanch is also decorated with the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. He holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from University of South Carolina, and three master’s degrees from Webster University in Procurement and Acquisition Management; Computer Resources and Information Management and Cybersecurity. He is also Level III certified in Program Management, Information Technology and Contracting through the Department of Defense.
